Degree in Finance, he turned naturally to the recruitment and acts as a first step in a U.S. company specializing in TELECOM. Quickly attracted the world offices, he joined HEIMDALL (search firm specializing in Information Technology) where he takes the responsibilities of Associate. His 12 years experience in recruiting enables it to offer professional support to its customers and gives it an operational view in the research process.


Nicolas DUPE

Graduate in Commerce, he joined in the first place team looking for a recruitment agency in Paris before gradually take responsibility for incorporating a dimension consultant consulting rewarding. Armed with four years of experience, he participated in various phases necessary for a successful recruitment.



Diplômée d’une Ecole de Commerce (ESC Rennes), Elodie est naturellement attirée par les métiers du recrutement et acquière une première expérience au sein d’un cabinet de chasse de tête généraliste international. Très intéressée par le domaine de l’IT, elle décide de rejoindre notre Cabinet en Janvier 2016, ou elle complète une équipe de consultants au service de nos clients. Ses compétences en matière de recherche de candidats et sa vision globale du recrutement sont des atouts qui complètent le savoir-faire de nos équipes.



A Master degree in Psychology, Anne turns naturally right out of training to recruitment. Supported initially recruit business profiles for major banking groups, Anne decided to specialize in the field of new technologies and joined AVANTAGE Search company. His research experience of applicants, enthusiasm, very good understanding of problematic markets and excellent relationship are all qualities that reinforce the expertise of our teams.


Sabrina HUBERT

A Master degree in Human Resources, Sabrina takes HR responsibilities within the GATE Group before joining a Cabinet Parisian Recruitment specializes in IT. Within the AVANTAGE Search team since early 2015, the full Cabinet Sabrina Consultants team and puts at our clients, excellent understanding of markets.


Anne Laure PEYROT

Diplômé d’une Ecole de Management (IGS), Anne Laure acquiert de solides compétences RH. Elle découvre les métiers du recrutement lors de son stage de fin d’études et décide d’en faire sa spécialisation. Très à l’aise dans les environnements IT, elle intervient rapidement auprès de sociétés Informatiques et Télécoms. Sa maîtrise des métiers du recrutement et sa vision du marché IT viennent renforcer le savoir-faire de l’équipe AVANTAGE.
